  • What is CBD?
CBD is short for Cannabidiol. It's one of approximately 100 compounds found inside the Cannabis family of plants. While all of our products contain CBD, Upgrade takes it a step further. We believe that the entire hemp plant can be useful, so we take extra precautions to ensure that our products are rich in minor cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and other compounds that distinguish hemp. So, how does that help you? The advantages you'll get will far outweigh those of a regular CBD product. Within an hour of consumption, you will notice a significant difference.
  • Will Upgrade products make me “high”?
These products will not produce the same effects as marijuana, but you will notice a mental difference. As a result, we suggest starting slowly and eating one serving size each. Because of the high levels of THC in our extra strength tinctures and gummies, they are only suggested for people over the age of 21.
  • Are Upgrade products legal in my state?
According to the 2018 Farm Bill, all of Upgrade's goods are federally permitted. We deliver to all 50 United States. Hemp laws are constantly being strengthened, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
  • How to use our disposable vapes?
To turn your vape on or off, simply press the button 5 times.
  • Will I fail a drug test if I use Upgrade products?
A failing THC drug test will arise after long-term use of Upgrade CBD products. Our full spectrum extract contains measurable quantities of THC, despite the fact that these products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
  • What are Terpenes?
Terpenes are the compounds that give hemp and marijuana plants their distinct scents. Many people are unaware, however, that terpenes do much more than just make hemp smell nice. According to new study, these terpenes collaborate with cannabinoids to produce a variety of physiological effects. Terpenes are present in plants other than hemp and marijuana. Citrus contains certain terpenes, such as limonene. Limonene has been demonstrated to be beneficial in the treatment of gastrointestinal problems. Linalool and myrcene are terpenes that can help you relax and battle stress. When purchasing CBD, make sure to check the Certificate of Analysis to guarantee that it contains terpenes.
  • What are Flavonoids?
Through cell signaling pathways and antioxidant actions, flavonoids provide a number of health benefits. Flavonoids are plant pigments that give plants their color, filter UV radiation, attract pollinators, and protect them from illness. They are not only useful to the plant, but they also provide important health benefits when consumed. Flavonoids are important because they have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, and anti-allergic properties. Quercetin, Apigenin, and Cannaflavin A are the three main flavonoids contained in hemp. Cannaflavin A is unique to hemp and has been demonstrated to be a powerful anti-inflammatory compound in studies. Quercetin is an antioxidant with antiviral properties. Apigenin also possesses anti-inflammatory and stress-relieving properties.
  • What kind of testing is done on Upgrade products?
Each batch of Upgrade CBD is tested by a third-party lab and certified free of contaminants such as heavy metals, bacteria, microbial life, mycotoxins, and pesticides. You may view Upgrade CBD's Certificates of Analysis here.
  • Are Hemp Oil and CBD oil the same thing?
CBD oil and hemp oil vary primarily in that hemp oil does not contain substantial quantities of CBD. CBD oil is extracted from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant, whereas hemp oil is extracted from the seeds. The flowers and leaves contain the highest concentrations of CBD and other cannabinoids, which is why we use these parts to make Upgrade CBD hemp products. Because hemp oil is derived from the seeds of the hemp plant, it is also known as "hemp seed oil." Hemp seed oil can be used as a protein supplement for food, as a wood varnish, and in hair and skin treatments, among other things.
  • What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return new, unused, and unopened products (exclusions may apply) for a full refund, minus the shipping price. If the return is due to our fault, however, we will cover the return shipping charges.
  • Why don't you ship internationally or to Canada?
While CBD oil is allowed in certain countries, it is subject to stricter restrictions in others, making shipping much more problematic. We deeply apologize for that, but be sure to watch out for Upgrade CBD when your country's regulations get more lenient!
  • What is Delta 8 THC?
Delta 8 THC, also known as tetrahydrocannabinol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in cannabis (both hemp and marijuana). It is also known as 8THC, 8, D8, D8 THC, and D8THC. It shares the chemical formula C21H30O2 and a molar mass of 314.464 g/mol with cannabidiol ("CBD") and Delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol ("D9THC"). The Delta 8 THC we sell is an exceptionally essential cannabinoid since it can be used as a more functional alternative for the legally banned Delta 9 THC. Delta 9 is known for its tremendous potency and a variety of undesirable side effects, including insomnia, paranoia, and sloth. However, many users claim that Delta 8 THC has no or minimal adverse effects in comparison. This is a huge benefit for the many people who benefit from Delta 9 cannabis medicinally but don't like the side effects or have health concerns. The effects and potency of Delta 8 THC differ from person to person, however the average experience can be best described by combining all of the benefits of CBD and Delta 9. It's described as calming, mood-boosting, pleasantly euphoric but not overly intoxicated. Some people find it motivating/energizing, especially at lower dosages, while others find it sleep-inducing, especially at greater levels. Mood lifter/happier Calming Motivating Sleeping better Increased motivation Food cravings have increased Delta 8 THC users report feeling significantly more functional and active than Delta 9 THC when dosed correctly. Given its combined actions on CB1 and CB2 receptors compared to CBD and Delta 9, Delta 8 THC may have medical implications (pending additional research).
  • Vaping Delta 8 THC
If you buy Delta 8 THC, vaporize it, and then inhale the earthy flavor, the effects can occur within 20 minutes and last up to 5 hours, with peak effects often beginning to fade after 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the individual. The faster the onset and severity of effects, the higher the purity of D8 THC and the fewer cannabinoids like CBD and CBG.
  • Delta 8 Edibles
Delta 8 THC can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours to peak when purchased and ingested orally, with effects lasting up to 12 hours. This is significantly longer than is common for Delta 9 and has the potential to be outstanding and handy, with as few as two doses needed for a full 24-hour treatment. D8 THC's absence of or reduced "mental fogginess" and paranoia is also a unique and helpful property, since it allows many users to take it while still performing daily duties.
  • Why are there terpenes and minor cannabinoids in my CBD and delta 8 products?
Our CBD and delta 8 products benefit from the "Entourage or Ensemble effect," which states that when other components from the cannabis plant are present, each cannabinoid becomes more effective. Simply put, the impacts are amplified. Terpenes and other cannabinoids aid CBD and delta 8 in becoming significantly more effective than they would be on their own, resulting in more successful treatment.
  • How do I take a tincture?
Tinctures are meant to be consumed under the tongue, but small amounts can also be administered to the skin. When applied to the skin, they will not enter the bloodstream. Place required amount under your tongue and hold for 90 seconds before swallowing when using orally.
